Method (Serves 6)
  1. Finely chop the onion, garlic, mint and coriander
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl except the pomegranate
  3. Mix well making sure ingredients are combined
  4. Add pomegranate, season and gently mix again
  5. Spilt the mix into six equal portions and mould into patties
  6. Heat the grill to maximum temperature and cook the burgers for 8-10 minutes depending on their thickness.
