1. Finley chop the onion and garlic. Add that to the beef, salt, pepper and Worcester sauce and mix well.  Don’t be afraid to mix with your hands, and then divide the mixture into 4 large burgers.
  2. Place the burgers on your pre heated George Foreman Grill & Melt for about 5 minutes, turning once or until cooked to your liking. Once done open the grill and place the slice of Swiss cheese on each burger and put the top grill into melt mode for a couple of minutes.
  3. During the last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking, toast the bagels, cut side down, on the grill. Serve the hamburgers on the buns with tomato, lettuce, gherkins and condiments.
