Cook on George Foreman Evolve Grill

  1. Combine the dark brown sugar with the boiling water making sure all the sugar is dissolved. Set aside.
  2. Sieve the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a bowl. Separately mix together the butter, milk, egg and vanilla extract. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
  3. Before heating, grease the deep pan plate with a little butter then arrange the apples in the bottom. Pour the batter mixture over the apples then spoon the sugar mix over the top.
  4. Fit the deep pan plate to your grill and heat to 160ºC. Cook for 15-25 minutes until the pudding has risen and is golden.
  5. Serve with whipped cream.
