  1. For the dressing mix all ingredients together.
  2. Soak the wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes. On each skewer put 3 prawns and 3 pieces of pineapple alternately.
  3. Heat the grill to maximum and cook the skewers for approx. 4-5 minutes until the prawns are cooked through. Serve with the remainder of the dressing.
