  1. Preheat grill on setting #4
  2. Whisk together beer, 2 tbsp of the mustard and honey.
  3. Grill sausages, basting with the beer mixture often, for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Toast baguettes during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Spread evenly with remaining mustard and serve bratwurst in baguettes with sauerkraut, Cheddar cheese and onion.
