- 50g chopped coriander
- 2 Tbsp. diced red onion
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 60ml cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. honey
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and thinly sliced
- 350g sweetcorn
- 60g diced cucumber
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Prep Time: 10 minutes plus refrigeration
- Attach griddle plate to Grill & Melt Advanced, preheat on HIGH.
- Brush griddle surface with small amount of oil. Add corn and grill for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking until corn is lightly browned.
- Transfer corn to medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stir to combine.
- Cover, refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to blend.
